We are a regenerative, family-run farm that is passionate about providing our community with quality, ethically-raised meat that tastes great.

 

All our animals are raised on pasture and grown during seasons that allow them to feed on fresh grasses, while revitalizing the soil and contributing to biodiversity.

Why Pasture?

Research has shown that animals that are given constant access to pasture are more nutrient dense compared to non-pastured animals, specifically in terms of higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins, A and E. They often have a lower fat content overall. There is also a significant difference in taste, but we’ll let you experience that for yourself.
